Nathan Dagley- CEO

Mr. Nathan Dagley founded Dagley Insurance in 2001. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company and brings leadership and vision to Dagley Insurance. Mr. Dagley has been highly successful in refining and perfecting the Company’s business model as evidenced by the success of the many offices currently in operation. After much success as a Nationwide Insurance Agency, Dagley Insurance became an independent brokerage in 2017. This allows Dagley Insurance to have more partnerships with other insurance carriers and enables the agency to better serve their customers with a variety of insurance products to meet each customer’s individualized needs. In addition to operating Dagley Insurance, Mr. Dagley is also the owner of a real estate development company and a partner in a mortgage company. Mr. Dagley is a proud graduate of the University of North Texas where he attained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Entrepreneurship. Mr. Dagley is also an active member of the Katy, TX community sponsoring events and organizations such as the Pregnancy Help Center, local schools, churches, and non-profit organizations.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Paul Marsh- CFO

Paul Marsh brings a strong financial management and operations expertise to his current role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Dagley Insurance and Financial Services, a leading multi-location insurance agency with locations in multiple markets in the states of Texas and Colorado.  As CFO, Mr. Marsh’s customer motivated philosophy, in collaboration with the executive team, has set the strategic vision and goals to achieve significant agency grow and most importantly high customer satisfaction. In addition, Mr. Marsh’s bottom line focus results in profit maximization and efficiency throughout the organization. Mr. Marsh is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics degrees from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and Financial Executives International. He was also recognized in 2004 in the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals, and was a finalist for CFO of the Year by the Houston Business Journal in 2016 and 2007. Mr. Marsh has been active in his community serving on the Board of Trustees for T Bar M Camps & Retreats, Executive Board of Fraternity of One Sports and the Finance and Audit Committee of Cinco Ranch Property Association.  Finally he continues to work with church youth groups and schools as a volunteer as he has for more than twenty years.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Marcus Henneke- Regional Vice President

Marcus Henneke joined Dagley Insurance in April 2003. He has over sixteen years worth of experience in the industry, and has played a key role in the continued growth of Dagley Insurance.  He currently serves as a Regional Vice President for Dagley Insurance.  Marcus oversees the sales, customer service, marketing, and training / compliance departments. Mr. Henneke is currently working on the expansion of the business in the Houston, Dallas and Denver markets. Marcus’s compassion for his customers and knowledge in the business has assisted him to help customers make the best decisions when in it comes to protecting their assets.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Jamey Smith- Director of Operations

Jamey Smith joined Dagley Insurance in January 2008. He currently serves as the Director of Operations. Prior to stepping into this role, Jamey worked as the Commercial Insurance Director. Jamey is a graduate of Texas A&M, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, having started and sold multiple businesses, that are still in operation, prior to joining Dagley Insurance.  Jamey also loves to volunteer at local schools and with church youth groups.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Robbie Cox- Regional Vice President 

Robbie Cox joined Dagley Insurance in February 2008. He currently serves as a Regional Vice President of the Plano location. Robbie has a Bachelors Degree from Phillips University and Masters Degree from Texas Woman’s University. He prides himself in finding the correct policy and coverage for our insured in a timely manner.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Amber Hosea- Director of Training and Compliance

Amber Hosea joined the Dagley Insurance and Financial Services team in April 2016.  Although she is fairly new to the property and casualty industry, Amber brings 17 years’ experience in customer sales and service to the team.  She always makes sure that the job will get done the right way, dotting her I’s and crossing her T’s.  Amber oversees the processing team as well as developing the training program for all personal line’s agents.  Amber lives in Cypress with her husband and has two sons.  They enjoy spending family time together on the lake in Conroe on the weekends and also have fun on the occasional camping trip with the kids to New Braunfels.  She looks forward to the great opportunities to grow with the Dagley team.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Jordan Draper- Personal Lines Division Leader


Tracy Wierdekehr- Service Center Lead

Tracy joined Dagley Insurance in March of 2004. Prior to working with Dagley, she worked for Nationwide claims call center.  She has 19 years of customer service experience and always provides clients with superior service.
