It’s recommended that you consumer at least 3 servings of vegetables each day, 2 servings of fresh fruit and at least 2 servings for milk or yogurt. Try to incorporate whole grains whenever you can too!

Wash Your Hands

Such a simple ritual can help you battle cold and flu germs, so make sure to wash your hands with hot soapy water every time you use the bathroom and before every meal. Make sure to scrub your hands for at least 60 seconds to really kill any potential viruses and bacteria.

Get Plenty of Sleep

It’s best if you create a consistent bedtime routine to get you in the habit of getting into bed early and taking full advantage of sleep. My staying on schedule and getting your recommended 8 hour a night, you help your body recharge and prevent yourself from feeling rundown.

Take a Multi-Vitamin
